An error that has been building and building so it seems, 3 possible fixes below
1. Incompatible Adobe Flash and Chrome Versions (e.g 32 bit chrome 64 bit java , 64bit chrome 32 bit java)
Goto Help -> About Google Chrome and confirm your version
Now confirm that you have the matching 64 bit java plugin installed otherwise you will get the Couldn't load Plugin message.
Another way to confirm your plugin versions is to check in
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\PepperFlash\23.0.0.versionno
Check the file Size , 32bit = around 15-17mb and 64bit = 29mb +
You can now confirm this in program files to ensure the correct version is being used by the installed applications in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\53.0.versionno.143\PepperFlash
If the file sizes don't match then there is your issue.
2. Delete Pepperflash folder or Deny permissions on folder
Navigate to
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\PepperFlash
- Delete any folders within the PepperFlash folder
- Close and Reopen Chrome
Another option is to deny the user permissions to the PepperFlash folder there by preventing them from recreating the folder within PepperFlash which is causing the issues
3. Disable Adobe Flash Plugin
visit chrome://plugins in your browser
Disable Adobe Flash Player , Chrome will then revert back to its inbuilt player (some content may not be shown correctly) but will work for most
hope that helps

Deploy Myob Silently to Users without Admin Rights using PDQ Deploy
A quick how to on how you can deploy the more recent
versions of Myob without running into the issue were the Myob data is installed
into the PDQ deploys default user APPDATA rather than the required user.
Scenario:
-Standard user without Admin Rights
-Large number of users require Myob installed
-Silent install required with no user interaction
-Deployment with PDQ Deploy
-Install to users APPDATA folder
-Myob 2016.2 (in this case)
-MSI Package
Note: You must use the MSI installer for this to be effective
, Download the MSI installer directly from the my.myob support page , if only
the exe is available simply open the .exe file leave it open then navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp
If you have trouble locating it run the .exe with a log file
and you will be able to pin point the msi’s location, the msi will often disappear
once you close the installer window.
IMPORTANT * - Trying to install a .EXE silently will fail
due to admin rights and the fact that a .EXE file will also try and install all
pre-requisites in this case Microsoft Net Framework. When installing from an
MSI always ensure pre-requisites are met first.
Setting up PDQ Job
Install File:
Browse to location of MSI e.g MYOB AccountRight Client 2016.2.msi
No Additional Files
Success Codes:
0,1641,3010
Custom Command Line:
msiexec.exe /i "MYOB AccountRight Client 2016.2.msi" /quiet /log
%appdata%\output.log
Options Tab: Run
As Logged on User
Check the log file and the installation will have
successfully installed to the logged on users appdata directory.
That’s it all done, If you find that it fails first deploy
the package as the default deploy user without a custom command line then
proceed to follow steps above.
Hope that was helpful

ThinkVision 14" LT1421 - Blurry Fuzzy Display
The Big Issue
Recently I have had many cases of users with the ThinkVision 14" LT1421 portable lenovo display complain of display issues with either fuzzy or blurry images
The Fix
The first two steps will be to download the latest drivers for the portable screen and display link drivers
1. Portable Screen -> http://support.lenovo.com/au/en/downloads/ds020544
2. Display Link -> http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/windows
If the screen is still blurry you can try using cleartype
Full HD Laptops
For those with full HD laptops using the portable screen in extended displays mode
Right click the desktop and select Personalize
Click on Display (bottom left)
Select Apply to all Monitors
select Medium,Small or Large. (Medium is a good test)
apply and sign out and back in
Lenovo Scaling
I have also seen lenovo scaling mess with resolutions and cause blurry images, install and uninstall and see if this changes your monitor display quality.
that is all hope it helps
